I've ported my phone number from Rogers and in the Public Mobile APP and on the website it shows as my current number. However my phone still has the default number that Public gave me before I ported my rogers number.
There is no way to edit the "Sim Card Phone Number" at all.
The chatbot is absolutely useless.
I have submitted a ticket, but the form does not allow me to describe the problem at all...
Does anyone know the text code to force a sim update?

Thanks, It's an android phone and the number seems to be attached to the SIM card
I have ordered a new sim card in the hopes that might fix it

Try Reset All Network and usually that solves it
If you have an iPhone, you can manually update Remove the number from sSettings first, reboot phone and go back and enter the correct one
If you need PM to help, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Is it an iPhone you're using or Android? Dumb question coming... 🙂 Have you rebooted your phone?
