access to my account not working

hello . im having difficulty accessing my account. when i try to i keep getting:

"We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access
A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to your phone number. We will need you to confirm this number"
 
when i type in the code after sent to my phone it accepts it then repeats again to rescend 6 digit code.  thank you.

thx for the replies. i got it to work by transfering the code to email.

Hello @Jahpublicmobile 

This is nothing more than a cache issue which you can resolve yourself.

Go into your browser settings, enter Cache, clear the entire history of cache, restart the browser. Then once restarted, go into incognito mode and try again. This is a common problem that doesn't need support.
