Hi @aliabuswer569 ,
Did you confirm the last FOUR digits of your SIM on your self serve account compared to your actual SIM.
If they do not match, I am sorry, but it looks like you have been sIM-jacked. I hope this is not the case.
Maybe a faulty SIM?

Yes, I’ve been with public mobile for over a year now and my account was charged. My calling was working yesterday but stopped working this morning and now it says locked sim so I don’t know what to do.

Let's start fresh.
Have you just joined or have you been a Public Mobile account/user for some time now?
Did you activate your SIM/account? Was your credit card charged?

Let’s make sure the SIM is activated first. Can you check this site for that:

Hello @Anna23 ,
Try one or more of the below:
*rebooting your phone
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again
Did you recently port to PM?

Is your data and text message working?
What phone are you using?
PM uses 3G for voice calls. Therefore, if your have GSM(2G) phone, it will not work with PM.
If you have a 3G and LTE phone, configure your phone to auto 3G/LTE to swtch between 3G or LTE depending on what your are doing.
