Phone not working

I changed my plan today, it says I'm active but my phone isn't working, it says I'm out of minutes... how do I fix this?

@Serenity2007   First try rebooting or toggling airplane mode on/off.  To view the self serve account, login using incognito or private mode as there's often caching problems with the site so older info maybe present.

 

edit:  @Serenity2007   Further to @softech's post, you did choose Change Now and not Change at Next Renewal as the second option will change the plan at your next payment date?

@Serenity2007   you changed your plan and selected "Change Plan now"?

 

try to reboot the phone once and see if it works

 

If not, login to My Account using Incognito mode and  check the account status as well as check if it shows the correct plan now, the one you changed to

Check Payment history and see if it shows PM took the money and applied it on the new plan
