What is your account status when you log into self service? Is it Active status?
Have you tried rebooting, resetting network settings, reinstalling SIM card? Have you tried your sim in another unlocked phone?
When is your renewal date?
Are you a new customer?
Are you a new customer who just activated or been with PM for awhile and this is your first time encountering this issue?
@Allymcurtis - if you are new customer, is it possible your phone is locked to it's previous provider? If so, contact the previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.
