Internation data not working in USA

Hello,

I signed up for the new promo of 50 GB data at 5g speed and includes the data in Canada and USA.

Well im in USA now in Las Vegas and my data still doesn't work.

I have tried all available options to try and fix it such as, restarting phone, restarting network settings, turning airplane mode on and off, Ext.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

@Electro_Macuwers do not need to use ATT or T-Mobile APN when roaming. Everyone should keep fhe PM APN

Maybe he needed wifi to get these settings

@CodyFar  Ensure data roaming on, drop 5G to 4G/LTE, make sure phone is not trying to connect to Verizon.   Those seem to be the most common issues.  But are voice calls and texting working?  You say "data still doesn't work", was it working while you were in Canada?

There was a post coupe days ago the person said had to update or download  new carrier settings but not sure which network he was on….try going into settings general about then scroll down to the carrier if you have an IPhone and see if they have an update…I think something should indicate if you need one.

which network you used? you don't use the Ext

just pick T-Mobile or AT&T, and make sure turn on Roaming data

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&T coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.

If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&T, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select and test both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one you can connect.

If your issue is with data, make sure your Roaming Mobile data is enabled and you have disabled your mobile data limiter.  Also change your network mode to 4G (and don't try 5G until you can connect and works on 4G)

If your issue is with voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting.  And if it does not work, try to change the Network to T-Mobile ONLY, and change  Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls go through.
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data  is working
