@MartinMalina You can also buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 from your phone and resume services right away also

What's the issue? Did you make a payment?
How long since your plan was not paid? You can also make a payment with the registered card on file by calling from another phone 1855- 4public.

after you pay, reboot the phone and your service should renew
