Phone not working

Hey guys, 

My data is working fine but I can't make regular calls on my phone. My plan is active and I've tried restarting the phone. 

Any ideas?

Did you Restart or Power Off?

You need to reboot your phone by Powering Off.

Other things to try:

Network reset of phone

Try your SIM card in another working phone. That helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM Service problem.

@Jcurry   you are not on $15 plan with limited outgoing calls?

So, it was working before but fails now?  You cannot make outgoing calls and cannot receive incoming as well?

If you try changing the Preferred network to 3G ONLY, does your phone connect to the network at all?  If not, it would be a 3G network issue in your area.  PM needs 3G to make and receive calls.  If that is the case, try using your phone in a different area and see if it works.
