Hello  I added 15 days of US talk and text and roaming to my mother's plan. Her account says she has 5/15 days left but she keeps getting texts saying she has no texts left. She also can't make any calls.

Hey guys, My data is working fine but I can't make regular calls on my phone. My plan is active and I've tried restarting the phone.  Any ideas? 

Hey guys,  I've been having trouble the last 3 months with Google maps. It won't load very well on my phone. Waze works perfectly find so I've used that. I downgraded to the 5G plan but that shouldn't effect anything. Is it not support by 3G/4G anymo...

I just set my mom up on Public Mobile and the payment went through but shows up as KOODO ?? Did KOODO but public mobile? I know they're both related to Telus but my payments have always come up as Public Mobile.  Did the activation online.
