I ordered a phone on May 12th,2022. It has stopped working. It turns on but can't get into anything as the screen is just black. I know I am in the return/exchange period. How do I go about exchanging for a new phone?

HI @Monkeyjarge Open a ticket with CS Agent to arrange for exchange or full refund. I will probably suggest you to arrange for full refund and then order another one again.
Chatbot always have problem with ticket with CPO, so, please open ticket by messaging CS Agent:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
