I ordered a phone on May 12th,2022. It has stopped working. It turns on but can't get into anything as the screen is just black. I know I am in the return/exchange period. How do I go about exchanging for a new phone?
My phone is saying locked Sim and it is asking for the puk number. Can someone please help me. Thanks 
