Phone not working

My phone stopped working months ago, I thought it was just old.  I got a new phone an still having the exact same issue.. Faulty sim card?  if so can it be replaced and I can still use my same number

Is the SIM damaged in anyway? If not, it is probably not the SIM.

It sounds like it might be a provisional/backend issue with the SIM which can be easily fixed by a CS_Agent.

Just private message them on the envelope icon on your computer or tap on your avatar on your phone then go to Messages and click on the pen/paper icon.

@peace911   sim card rarely fail

But if it does not work on both phone, it is likely a sim card issue

But before we jump in to the conclusion, open ticket with support and ask them to re-provision your sim and see if it helps:
