E sim QR code issue

I was trying to add the new esim to my phone and somehow it failed. When I scanned the QR code, it showed the QR code is expired. Anyone can help me to get an new esim or new QR code?

HI @SL7   yes, the agent could take a bit longer to reply.  

Just message them back once more, don't wait

@SL7   sorry, PM support is all online, no phone number to call.   So, you have to reply the message and ask them for status update

I did already. eSIM seems to be installed fine as I can see the carrier as PM. Seems like there's no Ph# attached to this sim card. Is there any ph# I can call to resolve this? Already took me 12hrs to setup my sim.. CS takes an hour just to reply 1 msg

@SL7   did you get the QR code in email?  try to scan the QR code to install the eSIM profile

Yes, they are still working on it. They told me everything looks fine in the system. 

If I go to Settings-> General -> About,

Under ESIM network says not available

Hi, I've added eSIM to my phone but there's no service. Still working with CS to resolve the issue.

@SL7 if you don't mind, please let us know once you eSIM setup is completed and working.  There has been some problem with eSIM activation on iPhone, just want to confirm if the issue is resolved.  Thanks

do you have an IPhone or Android??

 if the QR code was neber installed, the PM support can help and provide you another one.  Please open ticket by messaging them:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
