Phone not registered to network

Phone is suddenly  not registered to network. Tried resetting network etc. Put sim into another phone and same thing. Not a new account been with public mobile for years

can you login to My Account? Please try (use email to get the 2FA code, click "didn't receive code" and then "Send email")

if you cannot login My Account as well, then did you try to make a charge back to a PM transaction?

if you didn't make any charge back but the sim still not working, maybe faulty sim?  Check with PM support agent.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
