Phone not in service

I tried to change phone number, and add a plan. Now my phone is not in service?

I had the same issue but with porting. I had to get PM to resend the port request to approve it again, did it a total 3 times until it finally worked. 

Message cs_agent to get them to send another request and make sure to keep the old SIM in there to approve the port, before adding the PM one back in

Do you mean change number and switch to a new plan from old plan?

If so then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

If you opened a second account under the first account using the same email address. The second account will replace the first account. You can only have 1 account/1 email address.

If this is the case then you need a CS_Agent to straight things out for you.

"add a plan", if you meant you need another line, you need another email address to setup a new account as PM does not have family account.
