Hi all,

It's a Huawei BLN-L21/Huawei Honor 6X. Will this phone be compatible with the Public Mobile network?

Thanks!

You bought that phone in Canada?

It should be unlocked and it if bought here then atleast one or more band should work on all phones sold here.

A phone doesn't need to be in the list to be compatible. It merely needs to be unlocked (or locked to Telus/Koodo/Public) and compatible with the network. Any list/database of phone models will always be incomplete.  In the past, some customers have mistakenly believed that they needed to get the phone approved or otherwise added to the compatibility list.

@HappyBeaver   A check with the spec shows Huawei Honor 6X won't work very well on PM's 3G and LTE network.  It only has 1 of the two 3G bands and one 4G band.

While this phone MIGHT work on PM but it might not work in many area or the reception would be poor

These are the bands on this phone according to GSMArean:  BOLD are the compatible bands this phone has with PM:

3G bands HSDPA 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 38

but PM needs these bands

Any phone you are considering should ideally have 3G B2, B5 and LTE B4 (or B66 instead of B4), B12 (or B17 instead of B12) for minimum coverage.
