I paid for subscription just to find out my phone is not esim compatible. Can I get a refund?

The phone I have is an Iphone XR. Do you know if that model would cause a false negative?

what phone do you have? maybe that is a false negative.  Ask PM to check or maybe provide refund 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

Hey @MattGrill You can ask for a refund creating a ticket this way. However, the options to pick up a SIM card faster is below it.
