Phone not delivered

I wrote to someone last friday and she told me that I would have more information about my phone that was not delivered and that I ordered 1 month ago. I would like to know if my package is on the way.

HI @LouisAllard   were you talking to CS agent already?

if you want to, you can open another ticket again.  Since Chatbot has trouble opening CPO related ticket, please message PM CS Agent directly:
