Phone not compatible with ESim

Hello, 

I recently subscribed with Public Mobile for a plan via a ESim card. First the online assessment showed that my phone is compatible with Esim then when I was completing the subscription and activating my plan the app is telling me that my phone does not support ESims

hi @Charbel85 

what phone do you have? 

Check your Sim Manager or Settings-> Cellular screen, the esim could have already installed there.  If so, just enable it or Turn on this line and then Reset network settings

but if you really cannot get it going , check with PM support agent first.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:

@Charbel85  which phone do you have?

If it's really not compatible,  I would recommend buying a SIM card from Amazon.  They have one for $4.99 with quick delivery.  

You can check if any Telus/ Koodo/ Mobile Klink near you also sells them but very few of these stores carries the Public Mobile SIM cards anymore.

@Charbel85  Check your phone settings sim manager it’s possible the eSIM already installed but need to be set to primary or if iPhone “turn on this line “ is toggled on and rebbot the phone and reset network settings also removing or disabling old providers sim . If still no luck contact support to help fix
