I’ve been out of country for the last 3 weeks.
somehow roaming was on! I logged into my account and see out coming calls from my phone (using an eSIM currently) but I have never made a call out. What do I do? Need urgent help. I can’t receive text as I’m on an eSIM

This isn't something that a customer support agent is needed for. If the customer is outside of Canada, US, or Mexico, text messages aren't receivable. As for outgoing phone calls, there wouldn't ever be an extra charge for these. @Dunkman has a good explanation of what the outgoing call entries would be for.

Yes. No need to worry. That is somebody calling your voicemail and leaving a message.

are the outgoing call ends with 4001 or 4002?
if so, no need to contact support, we can help. Those are not really calls, those are calls routed to Voicemail send you were not available. PM usage will track all the calls sent to viocemail, and the voicemail numbers showed are ended with 4001 or 4002

Are the outgoing phone numbers looking similar? Can you list a few of the phone numbers?
It might be your phone accessing voicemail when people call your number while you are away.
