Phone is not working and cannot login to My Account without 2FA. How to contact Public Mobile Support. No contact number and can't reach out to customer support without login.

you can in fact simply message support for help now, using the account you logged in (Sel)

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
For 2FA without phone, try this:
If you have already created an EverSafe id, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email

when was it last working properly ? When was your last renewal ? If you let it go 90 days since last expired...your PM plan is gone.

Without 2FA code I can't login to my account to check the status.

if phone has been deactivated due to non-payment then that number is gone. Deactivated means your account has been Suspended (not paid) for +90 days. You'll need a new sim to start a new account.

whats not working ? Is your plan Active ? Dial 611 to hear plan status.
