hi @AbeEnns 

if you are activating esim, reboot the phone and check if the esim already there on your Settings-> Cellular screen or Sim Manager.  Enable it

if you are activating physical sim card, test it on a phone

if that does not work, ask support agent to help.   you can submit  ticket by direct message:
