Trouble calling one number

When I phone one particular number, the call does not go through. It beeps 3 times and disconnects.  It doesn’t even ring.  Every other incoming and outgoing call seems to be fine.  People can call me from that number, but I cannot call them.  Why is that?

Everyone else seems to get through just fine.  I even had another Public customer call and it goes through fine.  I was able to call from this phone until I switched to Public one week ago.

To exclude the issue being one with your service, ask a friend to call the number from their device (preferably a friend who is on the public mobile network), to see if they get the same result.

That might be an issue on the other end considering you aren't able to call them. 

Do they have other people experiencing the same thing when calling that number or is it just you?
