Phone has no service

Any idea how long it takes a moderator to reply to a private message?  Nothing like paying for a service and having a phone thats basically useless!

Well I've searched the questions on here and I seem to have the same problem others have had when activating and porting a number.  I've tried everything that has been suggested and the others have had to have a moderator deal with it.  My account is active and my phone is unlocked.  It just says no service on my phone.  Tried the network reset etc.

Right now it is from 48-72 hrs.

Maybe we can help? Is this a new Sim card activation?

ATM, there is a 48 to 72 hours wait for moderator help.

What issue do you have?

We may be able to solve your problem before moderator's help.

It's currently around 72 hours.

I see this is your first post ever, the community here can usually solve your issue before the moderators return your message.

Can you give us details?
