Neither my husband or I can place or receive calls, but everything else works. Anyone else?

try Reboot the phone, or you might need to wait PM to fix the issue

You're likely in Ontario or somewhere east of Ont. There's a network upset right now, should be fixed soon...we hope.

My plan was renew

i can get phone calm and data is working but can’t pass phone call

 's suggestion of putting the phone into airplane mode for a minute or so and then turning it off worked for me. Worth giving that a try!

Keep watching the Community for updates. Also, try a call every 30 mins or so. Let us know when your calls are normal again.

Yes, same here. My mom, spouse and I are all on PM and none of us can make calls this morning.
