The compatible PM site has been down since the beginning of January.
What is the make and model of your phone so we can double check the frequency of your phone to see if it matches PM's 3G and 4G/LTE frequencies?

That compatibility checking website hasn't been working for a while. Please note that no such list will ever be 100% complete and they're only meant as a reference point. Which phone model are you wondering about? It's important to make sure that your phone supports both UMTS band 2 and UMTS band 5 or else phone calls won't work at Public Mobile.
