If you are referring to the recent Facebook PM ad for the 2GB for 12 months with a minimum $25/month plan.

You will need to enter your email address to the PM link:

You will get an email from PM with the promo code 12MONTH2GB. Remember to use the same email address while activating the SIM.

Sorry, but I currently don't see any such advertised offer.  If the offer is made again, you would be able to take advantage of it.  Keep checking publicmobile.ca for updated promotions.
