@Coolhandloo_099 Just take SIM card out of old phone and put it in the new phone . And if the SIM card appears to big for the new phones sim try just pop off the outer edge
3 hole punch /desired size
Note flat edge corner / fit flush in tray
No lifting or rising /push in all the way
if you have eSIM then you just need to log into the PM app with new phone and rebuy eSIM and you will get credited the money back at check out , if you don’t get credit just contact support and they will fix you up

@Coolhandloo_099 do you have a physical SIM card in your old phone? if so, simply take it out and place it in the new phone's SIM card slot and restart the phone for best results.
If you have an eSIM in the old phone just order a new eSIM from the Public Mobile app (which should be installed in your new device regardless if you are using a physical or eSIM). Ordering a new eSIM will be free if you already had one, on check out your should see a $0 amount, if not just ask customer agent to credit you the amount back.

very easy. If you have physical sim card, just move it over from old phone to new phone (in case the sim card is bigger than the new sim tray, look carefully and you can remove the outside frame to make it smaller)
if you have esim, just download PM app on the new phone, login and go to Account page to Buy sim card and pick esim
