Phone calls/data issues since upgraded the plan to 5G

Majority of people can’t reach me out, goes straight to voice mail, even making a phone call is a tough task to do always cutting off robotic voices, constantly dropping call, data is another nightmare, trying to switch back and forth between 3G, LTE and 5G to find connectivity. 


That’s happening to my line as well as my wife and 2 sons. 

really unreliable service please help me!

Maybe you need to get your network reset.

Could be one of MANY things, @JDSA , however usually this is due to recently trying to port a number and the port is incomplete.

Otherwise, try these fixes: 

  • ensure airplane mode is not enabled
  • ensure do not disturb is not enabled
  • ensure the number calling you is not on a blocked senders list
  • disable any call-forwarding features/settings
  • turn off Bluetooth -- it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to a Bluetooth device instead of device's speakers
  • remove and reinsert your SIM card
  • reset network connections
