you said you paid your bill on 25th june but the bill not till doy? so, you are paying early? if you paid early, your money is stared as a credit in Available Funds.
It is unusual that the system does not use the money to renew. But we have seen people forgot their E911 fees and caused the issue. So, how much money you loaded and what plan you have? what province you are in? we can confirm if you paid enough earlier
and login My Account to check if the money you loaded still stuck at Available funds

To fix this immediately, you must manually submit a one-time payment to reactivate your plan, as Public Mobile is a prepaid service and will cut off your connection the second an AutoPay transaction glitches. Because Public Mobile runs on a strict 30-day renewal cycle (not monthly), their automated billing script charges cards late at night. If your bank delays the transaction by even a few seconds, the system flags it as an AutoPay failure and instantly suspends your service.
If you log in and see that your card has already been charged but your service is completely dead, please send a private message a Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA) to manually reset your line. I would also suggest you request a $5 credit for the inconvenience of having this happen 2 months in a row as a sign of good faith.

hi @Tysson_pat
did you check My Account and see if the account is active or suspended?
also , call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter your phone number and confirm if your account is active or On hold
and try Reboot your phone and click Reset network settings to see if the phone connects again
and there are some outages in Ontario, not sure if it affects you, could be just an outage and not an account isseu:

all Public Mobile plans only run for 30 days...not a full month. If you need to resume fast, get payment vouchers at Shoppers, No Thrills or Canada Tire, then dial 611 to add them and resume service.
