I just paid my bill on 3rd of June and I cannot connect to my mobile data. I got a text on 1st saying I had used 95% of my data which then reset when I made the payment. Then on the 8th I got a text saying I had used 75% of my data and then 95% on the 13th. When I look back at my useage from the 3rd I have not used 8.5 gb of data

@mjw071284 Login to your account, go to "Plan and Add-ons" tab, then "Usage History" tab. You will see detail of your web/call usage there.

As far as I know, Public Mobile's usage texts are accurate.
You can check your data usage on your phone settings as well as your Self Serve account.

Login to your account.
Do you see a data usage line at My Data & Add-Ons section of your overview page?
If no, you have used all your data for the current cycle.
