Can someone tell me how long it takes after you sign up before my phone starts working. I have signed up the payment is taken out of my account. Still no incoming calls.

If you ported use your old sim till it stops working

What issues are you having?  Does your self-serve account show a plan that is activated, or have you not done this yet?  You need to provide more information for us to determine what your issue(s) are so we can direct you further.

 

Normally, service is immediate, whether you're porting in a number or not.  Please help us, help you.

Did you port your phone number when you activate your plan?

If yes, you need to wait until your number is fully ported to PM in a few hours.

 

You can continue to use your old SIM card until it is no longer working.  Then, use your PM card and your number is fully ported.
