I currently have three different phone numbers with PM but when I log in I only see the one. What do I have to do to see the other numbers associated with my account?

If you're only seeing the same phone number everytime you login to your account, your probably looking at cached information from the last time you logged in.
Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode, when logging into each of your accounts associated to each phone number.

Each account has only one phone number. You have to create 4 self-serving accounts (4 unique emails) and to log in into each account separately.

Yes, your one email login can only see one account. Each account needs a unique email.
Do you recall setting them up? Some people use email aliases for the other account.
You can try using Reset Password and enter your other emails and reset the password that way
If you cannot find it, then please open ticket with CS agent and they can help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@RounderP51 hi each phone number needs it's own email/account if this is not the case
you need the help of a service rep to fix things for you

@RounderP51 PM is one email needed for one account/phone number. You have 3 different phone numbers, then you will need to have 3 email addresses used to setup 3 accounts
Not sure if you did setup the other two. If not, or if you forgotten, please open ticket with PM Support and they can sort this out for you

Each number is associated with a separate account and therefore a separate email. Try your other email accounts and use the Forgot your password link if you need to.
