Does it have a sim? If not then it's the old CDMA. No one in Canada will run that phone.

@remyhuggs  - the compatibility tool, when working, is not fully updated all the time anyway.

Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:

  • 4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz (band 5), 1900 MHz (band 2) and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS).
  • HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).

Does any of these sites have your model?

  • 3G or WCDMA 2 (1900 MHz ) and 5 (850 MHz) bands  makes the phone compatible, which is needed for phone calls, and can also be used for text messaging and data.
  • LTE can be used for text messaging and data.  Data will work on the HSPA network.

@remyhuggs   Which Razor model?  If it is the old one, I think they are only 2G, aren't they?

(there is a reborn version that came out last year, but I assume you didn't mean that?)

Give us the exact model to confirm.  Of if you have the sim that fit the sim slot there, test it out  🙂
