I have just got an esim, but i cannot download the public mobile app as it does not work on my phone!! What do i do? How do i fix this??

if you cannot download the app, you have not "got an esim" yet but just started the subscription and chose esim
do you want to change back to physical sim? you can ask support agent to help to sort this out. You can submit ticket by direct message:
