@GillD - as others are saying, voicemail access numbers can end in 4001. These would be showing in your detailed usage if you were in your voicemail from your public mobile device, or if someone reached your voicemail.
I think I see what you are seeing and why it seems so outta wack....I just called my voicemail and this is what it looks like in my usage to my voicemail access number ending in 4001 below. Looks like 28 minutes - LOL. The minute would be before the semi colon (:).
So, for this one, it is 1 minute and 55 seconds.

do you mind to share the number?
and any chance the number is found here? ( some are ending with 4002 or 4003)

Can you tell us the last 4 digits? Or are they outgoing texts?
Adding - but are you on the $15 plan? Are you getting low on outgoing minutes?

Actually they do end in 4001 but they said I had one call for 44 minutes today and another for 35 and I didn’t call anyone

No, they do end in 4001 but why do they use up 44 minutes? It’s longer than any voice mail message

@GillD PM is all prepaid and do not really "charged" for. calls, unless it is a LD calls using your minutes or you have limited outgoing calls
are those calls showing up on your usage logs, the numbers are ended in 4001?? If so, they are VM calls only. If you call VM from your phone, the YES, they will use your outgoing calls minutes if you are on $15 or $13 plan. But some of those showing 9n the logs are just calls that not picked up by you and routed to VM after, those won't use your minutes at all

Unless you're on the $15 plan it doesn't matter. Do the numbers end in 4001 or maybe 4002? That's voicemail.

Are the phone calls listed as calls to a number ending in 4001? This is shown whenever a caller is directed to your voicemail.
