Phone Call Issue - Calls not going through

I am having more frequent issues with phone network. Friends keep telling me their calls are not coming through. Both me and them are within GTA. I have a Samung s21 5g, and checked there are no compatible issues.

HI @Pub   Is it just one spot with the trouble?  Where GTA you have the problem? or everywhere you are and same ?

@Pub   Yes, S21 should work well on PM  (Couple of my friends using it without problem.)

Any chance you notice that maybe you are in a specific place when they cannot reach you?  Just hope it is isolated to a single area and it would be just network tower problem

Try to change the preferred network to 3G Only /WCDMA ONLY and see if it works better.  PM uses 3G for voice, manually selecting that could make it easier to connect for incoming calls and less drop calls.

@Pub - unless there are outages reported or tower updates in the GTA then not sure why you would be experiencing this.

Try:

• remove, reinsert your SIM card
• restarting your phone
• perform a reset of your network settings

• manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) see if that improves for the time being
