How do I go about activating my account if my current service provider is not listed in the Old Service Provide drop-down list? Thank you.

What the heck.....where did my detailed post go? Dang it I had posted at the same time as @softech ( no other tags appeared when replying) and this stupid new community ate another one my posts....this is getting really annoying as its starting to happen every day if I happen to notice...
I even got notifications that @softech replied, I am pretty sure the OP bravoed me and I got the notification about 10 minutes ago that the OP chose a solution which is how I noticed that my post was missing!
A long time ago when **poof**the magic post eating dragon would target members we could at least access our "unmoderated" posts to see if that's where they went and screenshot the reply to post it. Now they are just gone....very frustrating!
Have I mentioned how much I HATE THIS STUPID NEW COMMUNITY? Lol.....🤔!

For porting from Petro Canada, you are advised to first pick a new number for activation first.
First check if your number can be ported into PM first:

If so, activate with a new number. Once activated, you can then go into My Account and select Change Number and request porting there
There, you will not be asked what old carrier is. Simply put the IMEI in the field: Equipment Serial Number. (You can get the IMEI by just dialing *#06# on your phone)
Do not use an account number and do not fill in the PIN for porting when coming from Petro-Canada Mobility.
