Personalized voicemail greeting is not working.

I have recently joined Public Mobile. I set up my personalized voicemail greeting as directed. When people call my number, they only hear the Public Mobile system greeting. How can I change this to my personalized greeting?

I was trying for hours and hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong because of your message I was able to fix it. Thank you so much! I’m new to Public Mobile since yesterday and I’m trying to figure it all out so this information really helped! 😀

Thank you everyone for the quick replies. I realized my iPhone live voicemail was turned on. I turned it off and now my voicemail is working properly.

Try dialing (or pressing and holding) 1.

Some phones use the number 1 as their voicemail number. From there, just follow the automated instructions to update your voicemail greeting!

with your cell, dial your own number..then listen for the correct message to record your message.
