hello. I’ve accidentally locked my sim by entering the pin incorrectly 3x. I’m looking for my personal unblocking key. I can’t get it through my account because I can’t get past the two way authentication as I am not receiving text messages.

It wouldn't have made a difference even if you were able to access My Account/self serve.  The PUK for your SIM cards isn't in there.

Hello.

To get your Public Mobile PUK code, you must contact customer support, as it is not printed on the SIM card or its packaging. You can do this by starting a conversation with the virtual assistant SIMon or by submitting a ticket to the CSA. When you contact them, you will need to provide account and security information to verify your identity.
