I have tried to change my number it says it is approved but then that it can not be installed. Then that I should contact an agent but there is no way to actually be able to contact the agent. So basically have no phone number at the moment and no remedy

After selecting the phone number you want, you cannot hit submit or save?
Use a different browser and try again. Also try secret mode.
