Pending redemption

I redeemed 1 gb as well as 200 mb of data using the public mobile points that i gathered over time. This order has been pending for almost 2 months and i still have not received my order. How can i fix this?????

@skazi2020 it should be 2 days and not 2 months.  The rewards transaction page also confirm the redemption??   Please ask support to look into it

open ticket with PM support:

    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
