My account shows a payment on Aug 19th. I do not see this transaction on my credit card? I did see 2 system issues?

As long as PM account shows your payment AND you have full service you are good.
Sometimes CC companies are late to post transactions.

do you have service now?
and when you said "2 system issues", do you mean you see 2 lines in Payment history on Aug 19th? if so, that is normal. Every renewal will see 2 lines in Payment history of it is paid by credit card

when you dial 611 with your cell, it should tell you current status of the account. and next renewal date.
If you need further support, click the orange bubble on ,lower right side of page to start the process of getting Customer Support to look in to your account.
