I had changed my plan on November 17th with 34 dollars 20GB plan. However, I saw the black Friday promotion was same price with 40GB. So I switched to it.
Today I pay my credit card, I have been charged twice this month which were on November 17th and November 25th from public mobile.
So does anyone know how to claim the double charged payment?

@fisher2023 Yes unfortunately , next time change plan for next renewal and you won’t lose money on the current cycle your on

Yep I changed it immediately, i am thinking it was same price. So I did right the way.

fyi there are warning signs when clicking change plan now. please read before clicking on things

@fisher2023 Sounds like you changed plans immediately band not for next renewal and this is why PM is pre paid and it’s always advised to change plan on renewal and not right away
