How do I make a payment by credit card

@billnelson  - did you get into your account? Try closing out the browser and opening it up again, or try another device.

 

You could try the the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password

 

Otherwise, if this and other workarounds are not working contact CSA as already provided above.

@billnelson    There is no alternative account for making payments, however, just for reference for the future, if unable to login to My Account (can happen due to website glitch/maintenance), then you can always dial 611 on your phone and either use your registered CC to make a payment as long as you know your PIN (as mentioned earlier) or purchase a voucher from places like SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load via 611 without the need for a PIN.

 

The big problem with PM's website is terrible caching and yep (as mentioned) clear cookies/use private/incognito mode or just another browser altogether, or just waiting an hour or so and try again.

@billnelson did you try using the Reset Password link on My Account login page? That is the quickest way to self reset the password 

 

if that does not work, you can open ticket with PM support

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@billnelson  Also if your device has stored email and password allow the device to sign you in automatically and don’t hit login 

@billnelson  Try again incognito private mode there are cache issues or even another device or lap top … if you tried to reset password and still can’t log in contact support to help your again access to you account and make payment

Thank you.  Am a new customer trying to make first payment via My Account.  Registered, but now account is not recognizing the password I set.  Not sure if I need to set up an alternative account to get going with the payment?

@billnelson do you have a credit card setup on the My Account??

 

If so, you can load fund or pay amount due via *611 with your 4 digits pin 

or you can login My Account and pay there

@billnelson  If you know you PIN number you can 611 or login into self serf and go to payment tab and update cc
