I just got my simcard and im trying to activate it, on the payment screen i filled in my credit card info. But it doesn't work. The credit card is from europe but it's a visa so it should work right?

Its stupid that pm eliminated the option to use a voucher for activation but you can at least get customer support to help you activate with a voucher. Here are the options for purchasing pm vouchers...

@MinkVeld   Your other option is to get a prepaid visa from a gas station or drugstore to use for the activation.  Unfortunately, prepaid cards charge a fee of about $5 on top of the purchase price, but after that you can purchase vouchers to fund future renewals once the activation is done.

 

Vouchers can also be used to activate the account but requires customer support to help with the initial activation via chatbot here:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

@MinkVeld  That could be the reason . you pay by voucher if  don’t have another credit  card to try

Sorry, but only a Canadian or American card will work.
