To make a payment you need 4 digest PIN # when you called *611, 1-855 # or log in to website.

You do not need PIN to log in to your account. Only email/password.

Go to Shell Gas station and get payment vouchers enough to cover renewal costs...then dial 611 to add them. No PIN req'd.
