My payments went through but I am still getting a message saying "Public Mobile here. Your plan did not renew because we did not receive your payment...." see my proof attached

@Chrisamackinnon is your phone service working now? Your screenshot shows that your account is in good status, payment due next month. And you have extra fund there already.
In case your phone still not working, just reboot. But if it works, ignore the text. either it is sent by mistake or PM sent the SMS late due to some system issue

@Chrisamackinnon : I can't make out the middle one but I can see that everything appears to have renewed. Are your services working?
You should set up a pre-paid "credit" card gift card for autopay and keep paying the way you are. That would add another 2 bucks to your already nice $10 of rewards.

Your account status is active. If your phone is working, ignore the payment message.
PM service is prepaid. If you don't pay, your phone will not work. Your phone is working = you paid your plan fee.

It looks like that your payment went through. Is your account status active or suspended? Is your phone working?
Might be a glitch in the system for that particular warning.

go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account,
1. Click on Payment
2. Make a Payment
3. one Time Payment
4. you will see your Amount Due:$ !
5. Payment Type: selected other ( Enter the desired payment amount )
6. how much you see at Amount Due:$ ! you will do manually enter Amount: $ ! + $1 extra
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
