If your plan does not automatically reactivate go to the plans page and click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume. Your plan should automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot.

@Dan21 Look like Autopay failed
can you logon to My Account, Payment tab and click on One Time Payment.
try to pick Amount Due and see if you can pay.
If fails , then try the option Other (Enter the desired payment amount) and enter the Plan Amount+$1 extra and see if it goes through
Once the payment goes through, click on "Reactivate Current plan " button if you see one. Logout My Account and reboot your phone

Again, more details would be helpful. How do you manually load every month? With payment voucher, debit card or credit card? What happened this month? Error? etc.

@Dan21 : You may not be aware that this place is 30 days, not monthly. So the due date changes. Maybe post a screenshot of your overview page and also Payment history from here (not payment card if used). Blank out personal info of course.

what you meant by payment pending? where you see that? from your credit card?

Is your account status active or suspended? Phone working?
When was your payment date?
Are you on autopay?
