Every 30 days. Check your account to see next date of renewal. Best way is to have autopay as money will be taken from credit card with no issues (but some customers do HAVE issues for unknown reason...) but Monitor your CC and PM account to not to get suspended due to no pay.

if you recently activated your account, you provided a valid payment card and it was automatically set to Autopay (Subscribed). It'll take care ofr payment for you, automatically. 

Otherwise , dial 611 to hear current plan status and plan renewal date.

To find out this information,  sign into your account and click on the Payment tab.

If you have autopay on, it should debit your card automatically on that date so that you don't have to manually pay yourself.

why dont you use Autopay?.  PM will automatic renew and you don't have to worry.  It should have been set with Autopay when you joined.  You can login My Account, go to Payment and Manage subscription.  If it "subscribed" is enabled there, then autopay is enabled and you are all set

if you really want to make a payment yourself, you will need to use this link to load fund, probably better to load funds 3 days before the end of the cycle
